Dave, our technician, is in school twice a week and it is nice to have that consistency. He knows the school systems and often predicts what we need before we realise we need it! If we have an emergency issue Dave is only a phone call away and if he can’t get to us quickly he makes sure that someone else comes to sort it out.
We have regular meetings to discuss the future needs of the school and to consider how new technologies may be integrated into our classrooms. When we are considering new hardware, Itech are happy to come in and discuss our requirements or will advise us over the phone.
